All items marked with availability are ready for shipment within 24 hours and will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment for items in stock, or depending on the agreed method of payment. Orders are usually received within 1-3 days, depending on region and country. All other products will be shipped as stated in the product description. With the payment method "bank transfer/advance payment" the goods will be shipped after receipt of payment on our account.

The delivery is made by DPD and UPS. The delivery time is 1 - 3 business days from the date of shipment (usually faster). About the shipment of your goods, you will be informed by us.

For shipping to buyers outside of Germany, the shipping costs differ from the above.

Shipping to Austria is also done via DPD and UPS. For all goods the shipping costs to Austria are 14 EUR and to the rest of the European Union and Switzerland 16 EUR. The delivery time in both cases is 2-5 business days, depending on the region this may also vary.

Duties and charges:

Please note that for deliveries outside the EU additional duties and fees apply. Please inquire in your country about the respective fees. These are to be paid in the destination country by the recipient.

 

Returns:

You are welcome to return unused and unwashed items with label in original packaging within 14 days from delivery.

Once we receive your return, we will credit the appropriate amount to your original form of payment within 14 days.
